• Expert in EU projects e.g. Kantele project. Productization of war history. Experience as an event manager of both village level fares and events, as well as large festivals.

Tourism Development

• Development of tourism in North Karelia, especially Ilomantsi, Koli, and Koitere. Creation of event packages for tourism enterprises and service providers.

Personnel Training

• Training packages in creative thinking and performance. Emphasis on changing processes in work environment and culture.
